- La promozione “Halloween 2+1 su smalti ibridi” (di seguito “Promozione”) è organizzata da Silcare sp. z o.o. sp. k., con sede in Gorzów Wielkopolski, via Kostrzyńska 1, 66‑400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (di seguito “Organizzatore”).
- La Promozione viene svolta secondo il presente regolamento (di seguito “Regolamento Promozione”). - La Promozione è rivolta ai clienti del negozio (di seguito “Acquirenti”) che acquistano prodotti disponibili nel negozio online dell’Organizzatore all’indirizzo www.nails.silcare.com.

online o al momento del pagamento nei negozi fisici.
- I prodotti già scontati o inclusi in altre promozioni non sono idonei a ulteriori sconti.
- I prodotti inclusi nella Promozione saranno contrassegnati appositamente nel negozio online e nei punti vendita fisici.
- L’Organizzatore si riserva il diritto di terminare in anticipo o limitare la Promozione, conformemente al §2.
- Durante il periodo della Promozione, un Acquirente può partecipare più volte, purché ogni volta siano soddisfatte le condizioni previste dal Regolamento Promozione.
- La partecipazione alla Promozione è volontaria.
- Questa Promozione non è cumulabile con altre promozioni o sconti fedeltà offerti dall’Organizzatore.
§4. Diritto di recesso nei contratti a distanza
- Il consumatore che ha stipulato un contratto di vendita ha il diritto di recedere entro 14 giorni senza fornire alcuna motivazione.
- Qualora l’Acquirente – in qualità di consumatore – eserciti il diritto di recesso, le disposizioni del §3 non si applicano. In tal caso, l’Acquirente è tenuto a restituire il prodotto promozionale acquistato a prezzo promozionale insieme agli altri prodotti restituiti nell’ambito del recesso.
- In caso di recesso dal contratto di vendita, il consumatore sostiene solamente i costi diretti di restituzione della merce.
§5. Reclami
- I reclami relativi alla Promozione possono essere inviati all’Organizzatore per iscritto all’indirizzo indicato nel regolamento o via e‑mail: sklep@silcare.com.
- Il reclamo deve contenere: dati identificativi e indirizzo dell’Acquirente, numero d’ordine, descrizione del problema e foto del difetto/danno. L’Organizzatore cercherà di risolvere il reclamo entro 7 giorni dalla sua ricezione. Il termine massimo per la gestione del reclamo è di 14 giorni. §6. Disposizioni finali
- Ogni domanda relativa all’utilizzo della Promozione può essere inviata all’Organizzatore all’indirizzo ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66‑400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, o via e‑mail: sklep@silcare.com.
- Per le questioni non regolate, si applicano le disposizioni della legge polacca applicabile (in particolare il Codice civile e la legge sui diritti dei consumatori).
