- La Promozione è condotta secondo il presente regolamento (di seguito: Regolamento della Promozione). - L’Organizzatore può terminare o limitare la promozione prima della scadenza indicata nel §2.
- Durante la durata della promozione, il Cliente può partecipare più volte, ogni volta che soddisfa le condizioni indicate nel presente Regolamento.
- La partecipazione alla promozione è volontaria.
§4. Recesso dal contratto a distanza
- Se l’Acquirente – in quanto consumatore – esercita il diritto di recesso dal contratto a distanza, e le condizioni indicate nel §3 non vengono soddisfatte, l’Acquirente è tenuto a restituire il prodotto promozionale acquistato con sconto insieme agli altri articoli restituiti.
§5. Reclami
- Eventuali reclami riguardanti la promozione possono essere presentati all’Organizzatore secondo i dati indicati nel Regolamento del negozio, in particolare via e-mail all’indirizzo: sklep@silcare.com.
- Il reclamo deve contenere almeno: dati identificativi e indirizzo dell’Acquirente, numero dell’ordine, descrizione del problema e foto del difetto/danno. L’Organizzatore farà del suo meglio per esaminare il reclamo entro 7 giorni dal ricevimento. Il termine massimo è di 14 giorni.
