§1. Promozione

  1. La promozione “Black Week – cosmetici fino al -35%” (di seguito: Promozione) è organizzata da Silcare sp. z o.o., con sede legale a Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (di seguito: Organizzatore).
  2. La Promozione è condotta secondo il presente regolamento (di seguito: Regolamento della Promozione). Per tutte le questioni non regolate dal presente documento, si applicano i termini generali del negozio, disponibili su https://nails.silcare.com/it/terms.html, oppure si può contattare direttamente l’Organizzatore via e-mail: sklep@silcare.com
  3. La Promozione è rivolta ai clienti del Negozio (di seguito: Acquirente) che effettuano acquisti nello shop online dell’Organizzatore o nei punti vendita fisici.

  5. L’Organizzatore si riserva il diritto di terminare o limitare la Promozione prima della scadenza indicata nel §2.
  6. Durante il periodo della Promozione, il cliente può partecipare più volte (senza limitazioni), purché vengano soddisfatte ogni volta le condizioni di partecipazione previste dal presente Regolamento.
  7. La partecipazione alla Promozione è volontaria.

§4. Diritto di recesso dal contratto a distanza

  1. Nel caso in cui l’Acquirente – in qualità di consumatore – eserciti il diritto di recesso legale dal contratto a distanza, e ciò comporti il mancato rispetto delle condizioni indicate al §3, egli è tenuto a restituire il prodotto promozionale acquistato a prezzo scontato insieme agli altri articoli oggetto del recesso.

§5. Reclami

  1. Eventuali reclami relativi alla Promozione possono essere inoltrati all’Organizzatore secondo quanto previsto nel Regolamento del Negozio, in particolare via e-mail all’indirizzo: sklep@silcare.com
  2. Il reclamo deve contenere almeno i seguenti dati: dati identificativi e di contatto dell’Acquirente, numero d’ordine, descrizione del problema oggetto del reclamo, foto del difetto/danno. L’Organizzatore si impegna a rispondere al reclamo entro 7 giorni dal ricevimento. Il termine massimo per la gestione del reclamo è di 14 giorni.   2. Per le questioni non regolate dal presente Regolamento e dal Regolamento del Negozio, si applicano le disposizioni di legge generalmente applicabili in Polonia.
