Any customer – both existing and new – who agrees to participate in the loyalty program and accepts the terms and conditions can collect points. Any adult can become a program participant.

Points are awarded for the purchase of products and training services included in the program. Points are not awarded for shipping costs or for products excluded from the loyalty program.

Points are awarded exclusively for purchases made through the online store and drugstores. No points are awarded for purchases made in other official stores.

Points are awarded each time for:
- Purchases – every złoty spent equals 1 point.
Points are awarded once for:
- the first order after joining the program – 50 points,
- newsletter subscription – 100 points,
- adding a product or company review – 10 points.

- 300 points = discount 20 zł
- 500 points = discount 30 zł
- 900 points = discount 50 zł

After logging in, you will find them in the “Loyalty Program” section. You will see the current number of points and the history of point awards. Points appear in your account immediately after placing an order, and their activation follows the program rules.

Available vouchers are visible in your account and in the cart after logging in. Once you collect enough points, the voucher becomes active. To use it, add products to the cart and select the voucher — the system will automatically apply the discount and reduce the order value. The voucher amount will be distributed proportionally among the products in the cart.

Points for an order have a “pending” status until the return period expires, which is 30 days from the moment the status changes to “shipped”. During this time, the points are shown as greyed out.

Points are valid for the entire duration of the loyalty program. The validity of collected points is one year from their acquisition, 30 days after purchase. Unused points expire.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded. They are credited 30 days after purchase. If you do not use the points within this time, they expire.

Yes. In the case of a return, cancellation, or order change, points are automatically adjusted. In the case of a partial return, the system will award points only for the products kept.

No, customers who make purchases without registration do not receive points for their purchases.
