Add a CSV file
Enter the product codes that you want to add to the cart in bulk (after a comma, with a space or from a new line). Repeating the code many times will add this item as many times as it appears.

The following steps will help you quickly identify and remove any obstacles when placing an order.

1. Check basic browser and device settings

  1. Device
    • Make sure you are using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
    • If the problem occurs on one device, try placing the order on another.
  2. Browser
    • Check that you are using one of the popular browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
    • Ensure the browser is updated to the latest version.
  3. Cache and cookies
    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
    • Try restarting the browser after clearing data.

2. Disable extensions and blocking tools

  • Temporarily disable plugins such as AdBlock, VPN, proxy, or other security tools that may affect the site’s functionality.
  • After disabling, refresh the page and try placing the order again.

3. Check the site language and version

  • Ensure the site displays in a language you understand (language switch is usually in the top right corner).
  • If it automatically appears in the wrong language, manually select your preferred language.

4. Verify shipping details

  1. Delivery country
    • In the “Country” field, select the correct delivery country.
  2. Address
    • Check accuracy: street, number, postal code, city.
    • Ensure the address is complete according to local postal standards.
  3. Shipping method
    • Select the appropriate delivery option (courier, locker, in-store pickup).
    • If needed, try an alternative shipping method.

5. Payment selection

  • Make sure your payment card or PayPal account is active and has sufficient funds.
  • Check that the card details entered (number, expiry date, CVV) are correct.
  • If the payment fails, try another method (bank transfer, BLIK, PayPal).

6. Document the error

  1. Error message
    • Copy or take a screenshot of the message displayed on the site.
  2. Step where the issue occurred
    • Specify whether the error appeared in the cart, during data entry, payment selection, or order confirmation.
  3. Time of occurrence
    • Note the date and time when you tried to place the order.

7. Contact customer support

If the problem persists after following these steps, contact us providing the following information:

  • Description of the issue and the steps you have already taken.
  • Screenshot of the error message.
  • Details you entered when placing the order (excluding sensitive data like full card number).
  • Information about your device and browser (name and version).
  • Exact shipping address and selected delivery method.
