The following steps will help you quickly identify and remove any obstacles when placing an order.
1. Check basic browser and device settings

- Make sure you are using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
- If the problem occurs on one device, try placing the order on another.

- Check that you are using one of the popular browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
- Ensure the browser is updated to the latest version.

- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Try restarting the browser after clearing data.
2. Disable extensions and blocking tools
