1. Lavender salt - dissolve the salt in warm water, then soak feet for 10-15 minutes.
2. Scrub - apply to damp foot skin, massage for a few minutes, then rinse with water.
3. 15% urea cream - apply to clean, dry feet and massage until fully absorbed.
4. Healing cream - after pedicure, apply to cracked heels and calluses. For better effect, leave on for several hours. Do not use for more than 14 days. Once symptoms subside, apply 1-2 times a week as prevention.
