§1. Promotional Campaign

  1. The promotional campaign "Buy any SRSG product and receive a decorative bag for 1€" (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. sp. k., with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
  2. The Promotion is carried out in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Promotion Terms). For all matters not regulated herein, please refer to the general terms available at https://nails.silcare.com/en/terms.html, or contact the Organizer directly via email: shop@silcare.com.
  3. The Promotion is addressed to customers (hereinafter: Buyers) purchasing products available in the Organizer’s online store at www.nails.silcare.com.

§2. Duration

  1. The promotional campaign runs from 08.12.2025 to 19.12.2025

§3. Promotion Rules

  1. The Promotion allows the Buyer to purchase any SRSG product and receive a decorative bag for 1€ in the online store.
  2. The product included in the promotional campaign will be marked with a special graphic in the online store.
  3. The condition for participating in the promotion is making a one-time purchase of SRSG products.
  4. The discount is applied after adding the product to the cart in the online store.
  5. The Promotion covers all Silcare brand products offered through the online store, except for Marathon nail drills and 1 kg gels.
  6. The Organizer reserves the right to end or limit the Promotion earlier than the specified period referred to in §2.
  7. During the Promotion period, the Buyer may participate multiple times (any number of times), provided that each time they meet the participation conditions specified in these Terms.
  8. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
  9. This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or loyalty discounts offered by the Organizer.

§4. Withdrawal from the Distance Sales Agreement

  1. A Consumer who has entered into a sales agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. In the event the Buyer (acting as a Consumer) exercises the statutory right to withdraw from the distance sales contract, the conditions referred to in §3 above shall not be met. In such case, the Buyer is obliged to return the promotional product purchased at the promotional price together with the remaining items returned under the withdrawal.
  3. In the event of withdrawal, the Consumer bears only the direct cost of returning the goods.

§5. Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted to the Organizer in accordance with the Store Terms, to the correspondence address of the Organizer or via email: shop@silcare.com.
  2. A complaint should include the following data: Buyer’s identification and address details, order number, description of the problem forming the basis of the complaint, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make efforts to process the complaint within 7 days from its receipt. The maximum complaint processing time is 14 days. §6. Final Provisions

  1. All questions related to the Promotion should be addressed to the Organizer’s correspondence address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, or via email: shop@silcare.com.
  2. For all matters not regulated in the Promotion Terms and Store Terms, the provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply (including, among others, the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act).
