Promotion “Season Sale -70%”
§1. Promotion
- The "Season Sale -70%" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o., based in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
- The Promotion is conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions (hereinafter: Promotion Rules). For any matters not regulated herein, please refer to the general store regulations at https://nails.silcare.com/en/terms.html or contact the Organizer directly via email: sklep@silcare.com.
- The Promotion is addressed to customers of the Store (hereinafter: Buyers) making purchases in the Organizer's online store and in physical retail stores.

The Promotion runs from 14.08.2025 to 31.08.2025
§3. Promotion Rules
- The Promotion offers a discount of up to -70% on products from the "Sale -70%" category, including hybrid nail polishes, builder gels, hybrid top coats, hybrid base coats, liquids and preparations.
- Discounted products or outlet items are not subject to additional discounts.
- Products included in the Promotion will be marked with a special graphic in the online store and in physical stores.
- The Organizer may end or limit the Promotion before the end date specified in §2 above.
- During the Promotion period, the Customer may participate multiple times, each time meeting the conditions for participation set out in these Promotion Rules.
- Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
§4. Withdrawal from a distance sales contract
- If the Buyer, being a consumer, exercises their statutory right to withdraw from a distance sales contract, and as a result the conditions referred to in §3 above are not met, the Buyer is obliged to return the selected promotional product purchased at the promotional price together with the other goods returned under the withdrawal.
§5. Complaints
- Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted to the Organizer in accordance with the data specified in the Store Terms, in particular via email to: sklep@silcare.com.
- The complaint should include at least the following data: Buyer's identification and contact details, order number, description of the issue forming the basis of the complaint, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make every effort to handle the complaint within 7 days from its receipt. The maximum time to handle a complaint is 14 days. §6. Final Provisions
- All questions regarding the use of the Promotion should be directed to the Organizer's mailing address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski or to the email address: sklep@silcare.com.
- In matters not regulated in the Promotion Rules or the Store Terms, the relevant provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply.
