§1. Promotion

1. The promotion "Hybrid nail polishes up to 70% off" (hereinafter: the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter: the Organizer).
2. The Promotion is carried out in accordance with these terms and conditions (hereinafter: the Promotion Terms and Conditions). For any matters not regulated herein, the general terms available at https://nails.silcare.com/en/terms.html shall apply, or you may contact the Organizer directly at: sklep@silcare.com.
3. The Promotion is addressed to customers of the store (hereinafter: Customers) who purchase products available in the Organizer’s online store at www.nails.silcare.com.

§2. Duration

The Promotion runs from 22.12.2025 to 06.01.2022.

The discount will be applied automatically when the products are added to the cart in the online store or at the checkout in brick-and-mortar stores.

Discounted products or products covered by other promotions are not eligible for additional discounts.

Products covered by the Promotion will be specially marked in the online store and in brick-and-mortar stores.

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or limit the Promotion earlier, in accordance with §2.

During the Promotion period, the Customer may participate multiple times, provided that they meet the conditions specified in these Promotion Terms and Conditions each time.

Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or loyalty discounts offered by the Organizer.

§4. Withdrawal from a distance sales contract

1. A consumer who has concluded a sales contract has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. If the Customer, acting as a consumer, exercises the statutory right to withdraw from a distance sales contract, the conditions set out in §3 of these Terms and Conditions shall no longer apply. In such a case, the Customer is obliged to return the promotional product purchased at the promotional price together with the other products returned under the withdrawal.
3. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods.

§5. Complaints

1. Complaints related to the Promotion may be submitted to the Organizer in writing to the address indicated in the store’s regulations or by e-mail to: sklep@silcare.com.
2. The complaint should include: the Customer’s identification and address details, order number, description of the issue and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make every effort to review the complaint within 7 days of its receipt. The maximum time for handling the complaint is 14 days. §6. Final provisions

1. Any questions regarding the use of the Promotion should be addressed to the Organizer at: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, or by e-mail: sklep@silcare.com.
2. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply (in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act).
