Promotion "Happy Hour"
§1. Promotion
- The "Happy Hour" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
- The Promotion is conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions (hereinafter: Promotion Terms and Conditions). For all matters not covered herein, please refer to the general terms and conditions available at https://nails.silcare.com/pl/terms.html, or contact the Organizer directly via email: sklep@silcare.com.
- The Promotion is addressed to customers of the Store (hereinafter: Buyers) who purchase the products indicated in §3 at the Organizer's online store at: www.nails.silcare.com.
§2. Duration

The promotional campaign runs from 10.09.2025 to 30.09.2025.
- The Promotion is valid every day (within the period specified in §2.1) between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
§3. Promotion Rules
- The Promotion consists of granting a 20% discount on the entire order.
- The discount is applied automatically after adding products to the cart in the online store.
- The Promotion covers all Silcare brand products available in the online store, except for products from the outlet category, 1 kg gels, Shemax, products already on promotion such as: IQ Nails, Back to Office, products from the IQ Nails, Staleks, Aba Group categories, Marathon nail drill, sets, packaging, external brands.
- The Organizer reserves the right to end or limit the Promotion before the expiry of the period specified in §2 above.
- During the Promotion, the Buyer may participate multiple times (any number of times), each time fulfilling the conditions set forth in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
- Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
- This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or loyalty discounts offered by the Organizer.
§4. Withdrawal from the distance sales contract
- A Consumer who has concluded a sales contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
- If the Buyer – being a Consumer – exercises the statutory right of withdrawal from the distance sales contract, the conditions referred to in §3 above will not be met. In such a case, the Buyer is obliged to return the selected promotional product purchased at the promotional price together with the other goods returned under the withdrawal.
- In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Consumer shall bear only the direct costs of returning the goods.
§5. Complaints
- Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted to the Organizer in accordance with the data indicated in the Store Terms and Conditions, to the Organizer's correspondence address or by email: sklep@silcare.com.
- The complaint should include the following data: Buyer’s identification and address details, order number, description of the issue forming the basis of the complaint, photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make every effort to process the complaint within 7 days from the date of receipt. The maximum time for complaint handling is 14 days. §6. Final Provisions
- Any questions regarding the Promotion should be addressed to the Organizer’s correspondence address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, or to the email address: sklep@silcare.com.
- For matters not regulated in the Promotion Terms and Conditions or the Store Terms and Conditions, the generally applicable laws in Poland shall apply (including, among others, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act).
