Promotion "Flash Sale"
§1. Promotion
- The “Flash Sale” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. sp. k., registered in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
- The Promotion is carried out in accordance with these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Terms). In matters not regulated herein, the general terms available at https://nails.silcare.com/pl/terms.html apply, or the Organizer may be contacted directly at sklep@silcare.com.
- The Promotion is addressed to customers (hereinafter referred to as Buyers) who purchase products available in the Organizer’s online store at www.nails.silcare.com.
§2. Duration
The Promotion runs from 3.12.2025 to 07.12.2025
§3. Promotion rules
The Promotion applies to all of the following products and grants a discount according to the specified rates:

- The discount will be applied automatically when the products are added to the cart in the online store.
- Discounted products or products included in other promotions are not eligible for additional discounts.
- Products covered by the Promotion will be clearly marked in the online store and in physical stores.
- The Organizer reserves the right to end or limit the Promotion earlier in accordance with §2.
- During the Promotion, the Buyer may participate multiple times, provided that the Promotion Terms are met each time.
- Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
- This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or loyalty discounts offered by the Organizer.
§4. Withdrawal from a distance contract
- A consumer who has concluded a sales contract has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
- If the Buyer exercises their right to withdraw from the contract as a consumer, the conditions set forth in §3 no longer apply. In such a case, the Buyer must return the promotional product purchased at the promotional price together with the remaining products being returned.
- In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the consumer bears only the direct cost of returning the goods.
§5. Complaints
- Complaints related to the Promotion may be submitted to the Organizer in writing to the address indicated in the terms or via email at sklep@silcare.com.
- The complaint should include the Buyer’s identification and contact details, order number, description of the issue, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will aim to process the complaint within 7 days of submission. The maximum processing time is 14 days. §6. Final provisions
- Any questions regarding the Promotion may be directed to the Organizer at: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, or via email at sklep@silcare.com.
- In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of applicable Polish law apply (in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act).
