§1. Promotion
- The "Black Week – gels -25%" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o., based in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
- The Promotion is conducted in accordance with these rules (hereinafter: Promotion Terms), and any matters not covered herein are subject to the general store regulations available at https://nails.silcare.com/en/terms.html, or directly from the Organizer via email: sklep@silcare.com
- The Promotion is addressed to customers of the Store (hereinafter: Buyers) making purchases in the Organizer's online store or in physical stores.

- The Promotion applies to products found in the UV Gels (Black Weeks) section of the online store.
- Discounted or outlet products are not eligible for additional discounts.
- Products included in the Promotion will be marked with special graphics in the online store and in physical stores.
- The Promotion may be terminated or limited by the Organizer before the time specified in §2 above.
- During the Promotion period, the Customer may participate multiple times, provided the Promotion conditions specified in these Terms are met each time.
- Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
§4. Withdrawal from a Distance Sales Agreement
- If the Buyer, as a consumer, exercises the statutory right to withdraw from a distance sales agreement, resulting in failure to meet the conditions specified in §3 above, the Buyer is required to return the selected promotional product purchased at a promotional price along with the other items returned under the sales agreement withdrawal.
§5. Complaints
- Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted to the Organizer in accordance with the Store Terms, especially via email to the Organizer’s address: sklep@silcare.com.
- The complaint should contain at least the following information: Buyer’s identification and address details, order number, a description of the issue forming the basis for the complaint, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will strive to process the complaint within 7 days of receipt. The maximum complaint resolution time is 14 days. §6. Final Provisions

- Any matters not regulated in the Promotion Terms or the Store Terms are governed by applicable laws in force in Poland.
