  1. The promotion "Black Week - cosmetics up to -35%" (hereinafter: Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o., based in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter: Organizer).
  2. The Promotion is conducted in accordance with these rules (hereinafter: Promotion Rules). For all matters not covered herein, refer to the general store terms and conditions available at https://nails.silcare.com/en/terms.html or contact the Organizer directly by email: sklep@silcare.com
  3. The Promotion is addressed to Store customers (hereinafter: Buyers) who make purchases in the Organizer's online store or at its retail locations.

  3. Products already discounted or from the outlet are not eligible for further discounts.
  4. Promotional products will be marked with special graphics in the online store and retail locations.
  5. The Organizer may end or limit the Promotion before the end date specified in §2 above.
  6. During the Promotion, the Customer may participate multiple times, each time meeting the participation conditions specified in these Rules.
  7. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

§4. Withdrawal from the Distance Sales Agreement

  1. If the Buyer – as a consumer – exercises the statutory right to withdraw from the distance sales agreement, and the conditions specified in §3 above are not met, the Buyer must return the selected promotional product purchased at the promotional price along with other items returned under the sales withdrawal.

§5. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted to the Organizer as per the Store Terms, particularly via email to: sklep@silcare.com.
  2. A complaint should include at least: the Buyer's identification and contact details, order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will aim to resolve the complaint within 7 days of receipt. The maximum period for resolution is 14 days. §6. Final Provisions

  1. All questions regarding the Promotion should be addressed to the Organizer’s correspondence address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski or via email: sklep@silcare.com
  2. In matters not governed by the Promotion Rules or the Store Terms, the applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
