Promotion “Back to office”

§1. Promotion

1. The “Back to office” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. sp. k., with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
2. The Promotion is carried out in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Regulations). For matters not covered herein, the general terms available at https://nails.silcare.com/en/terms.html shall apply, or you may contact the Organizer directly: shop@silcare.com.
3. The Promotion is addressed to customers of the store (hereinafter referred to as Buyers) who purchase products available in the Organizer's online store at www.nails.silcare.com.

§2. Duration

The Promotion runs from 12.08.2025 to 13.09.2025

§3. Promotion rules

The Promotion applies to all of the following products:

1. The discount will be applied automatically when the products are added to the shopping cart in the online store or at checkout in physical stores.
2. Discounted products or products subject to other promotions are not eligible for additional discounts.
3. Products covered by the Promotion will be specially marked in the online store and in physical stores.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to end or limit the Promotion earlier, in accordance with §2.
5. During the Promotion period, the Buyer may participate multiple times, provided that the conditions set out in the Promotion Regulations are met each time.
6. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
7. This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or loyalty discounts offered by the Organizer.

§4. Withdrawal from a distance contract

1. A consumer who has entered into a sales contract has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. If the Buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract as a consumer, the conditions set out in §3 of these Regulations do not apply. In such a case, the Buyer is obliged to return the promotional product purchased at the promotional price together with the other products returned under the withdrawal.
3. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the consumer shall only bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

§5. Complaints

1. Complaints related to the Promotion may be submitted to the Organizer in writing to the address indicated in these Regulations or by e-mail to: shop@silcare.com.
2. A complaint should include: the Buyer’s identification and address details, order number, description of the problem, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will attempt to process the complaint within 7 days of submission. The maximum time for processing is 14 days. §6. Final provisions

1. Any questions regarding the use of the Promotion may be addressed to the Organizer: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, or by e-mail to: shop@silcare.com.
2. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply (including, in particular, the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act).
