Promotion: “30% off Christmas outfits”

§1. Promotion

  1. The "-30% on Christmas nail designs" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. sp. k., with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
  2. The Promotion is carried out in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Promotion Terms). For matters not regulated herein, the general terms available at https://nails.silcare.com/en/terms.html shall apply, or Buyers may contact the Organizer directly at shop@silcare.com.
  3. The Promotion is addressed to customers (hereinafter: Buyers) purchasing products available in the Organizer’s online store at www.nails.silcare.com.

§2. Duration

The Promotion runs from 08.12.2025 to 19.12.2025

§3. Promotion Rules

The Promotion applies to all products included in the stylizations found in the following section:

  1. The discount will be applied automatically when the products are added to the cart in the online store.
  2. Discounted products or products included in other promotions are not eligible for an additional discount.
  3. Products covered by the Promotion will be marked accordingly in the online store.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to end or limit the Promotion earlier, in accordance with §2.
  5. During the Promotion period, Buyers may participate multiple times, provided that each time they meet the conditions specified in the Promotion Terms.
  6. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
  7. This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or loyalty discounts offered by the Organizer.

§4. Withdrawal from the distance sales contract

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. If the Buyer exercises their right to withdraw from the contract as a Consumer, the conditions specified in §3 shall not apply. In such a case, the Buyer must return the promotional product purchased at the promotional price together with the other items being returned.
  3. In case of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Consumer bears only the direct cost of returning the goods.

§5. Complaints

  1. Complaints related to the Promotion may be submitted to the Organizer in writing to the address indicated in the terms or via email: shop@silcare.com.
  2. A complaint should include: Buyer’s identification and address details, order number, description of the problem, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make every effort to process the complaint within 7 days of submission. The maximum processing time is 14 days. §6. Final Provisions

  1. All questions regarding the Promotion can be sent to the Organizer’s address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, or via email: shop@silcare.com.
  2. For matters not regulated herein, the provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply (including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act).
