Promotion: “20% off IQ Nails products”

§1. Promotion

  1. The promotion "‑20% on IQ Nails products" (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. sp. k., based in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66‑400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, VAT ID: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
  2. The Promotion is conducted according to these terms (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Terms). For any matters not regulated herein, the general terms available at https://nails.silcare.com/pl/terms.html apply, or the Organizer may be contacted directly: sklep@silcare.com.
  3. The Promotion is directed at customers of the store (hereinafter referred to as Buyers) who purchase products available in the Organizer’s online store at www.nails.silcare.com.

§2. Duration

The Promotion runs from 1 September 2025 to 30 September 2025

§3. Promotion Rules

The Promotion applies to all the products listed below and offers a discount according to the following rates:

  1. The discount will be applied automatically when the products are added to the shopping cart in the online store.
  2. Products already discounted or included in other promotions are not eligible for additional discounts.
  3. Promotional products will be specially marked in the online store and in brick‑and‑mortar stores.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to end or limit the promotion earlier, in accordance with the provisions of §2.
  5. During the Promotion, Buyers may participate multiple times, provided each time the conditions of the Promotion Terms are met.
  6. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
  7. This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or loyalty discounts offered by the Organizer.

§4. Withdrawal from a distance contract

  1. A consumer who has concluded a sales contract has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal — as a consumer — the conditions set out in §3 of these terms do not apply. In that case, the Buyer is obliged to return the promotional product purchased at the offer price together with any other products returned under the withdrawal.
  3. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods.

§5. Complaints

  1. Complaints related to the Promotion may be submitted to the Organizer in writing to the address indicated in the terms or via e‑mail: sklep@silcare.com.
  2. The complaint should include: the identification and address details of the Buyer, the order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will seek to resolve the complaint within 7 days of its submission. The maximum resolution time is 14 days. §6. Final provisions

  1. Any questions regarding the use of the Promotion may be directed to the Organizer’s address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66‑400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, or via e‑mail: sklep@silcare.com.
  2. Matters not regulated herein are subject to the applicable Polish law (including, in particular, the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act).
