Promotion: “20% off almost the entire range”

§1. Promotion

  1. The promotion “-20% on almost the entire assortment” (hereinafter: the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. sp. k., with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter: the Organizer).
  2. The Promotion is carried out in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Promotion Rules). For all matters not regulated herein, please refer to the general Store Terms and Conditions at https://nails.silcare.com/en/terms.html or contact the Organizer directly by e-mail at: sklep@silcare.com.
  3. The Promotion is addressed to customers of the Store (hereinafter: Buyers) who purchase the products indicated in §3 in the Organizer’s online store at: www.nails.silcare.com/en/.

§2. Duration

  1. The promotional campaign runs from 19/12/2025 to 22/12/2025 until 1:00 p.m.

§3. Promotion rules

  1. The Promotion consists in granting a 20% discount on the entire order placed.
  2. The discount is applied automatically once the products are added to the cart in the online store.
  3. The Promotion covers all Silcare brand products available in the online store, except kilogram builder gels, empty containers, Shemax, Staleks, IQ Nails, Arkada, Aba Group, s and the Exo Silent SX7 e-file.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or limit the Promotion before the end of the period indicated in §2 above.
  5. During the Promotion period, the Buyer may participate in it multiple times (any number of times), each time after meeting the conditions of participation specified in these Promotion Rules.
  6. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
  7. This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or loyalty discounts offered by the Organizer.

§4. Withdrawal from a distance sales contract

  1. A Consumer who has concluded a sales contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. If the Buyer who is a Consumer exercises the statutory right to withdraw from a distance sales contract, the conditions referred to in §3 above will no longer be fulfilled. In such a case, the Buyer is obliged to return the selected promotional product purchased at the promotional price together with the other goods returned under the withdrawal from the sales contract.
  3. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Consumer shall only bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

§5. Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted to the Organizer in accordance with the details indicated in the Store Terms and Conditions, to the Organizer’s correspondence address or by e-mail: sklep@silcare.com.
  2. A complaint should include the following data: Buyer’s identification and address details, order number, description of the issue forming the basis of the complaint, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make every effort to ensure that the complaint is processed within 7 days from the date of receipt. The maximum time limit for handling a complaint is 14 days. §6. Final provisions

  1. Any questions regarding the Promotion should be addressed to the Organizer’s correspondence address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poland, or by e-mail: sklep@silcare.com.
  2. In matters not regulated in these Promotion Rules and the Store Terms and Conditions, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply (including, among others, the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act).
