Promotion: “10% off for subscribing to the newsletter”
§1. Promotion
- The “-10% for subscribing to the newsletter” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
- The Promotion is carried out in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Promotion Terms). For any matters not covered herein, please refer to the general Terms and Conditions available at https://nails.silcare.com/en/terms.html or contact the Organizer via email at shop@silcare.com.
- The Promotion is addressed to customers of the Store (hereinafter: Buyers) making purchases of products listed on the Organizer’s online store at www.nails.silcare.com.
§2. Duration
The promotional campaign starts on May 17, 2024.
§3. Promotion Rules
- The Promotion offers a 10% discount on all Silcare products except for the following categories and products:
- bulk gels,
- empty containers,
- Shemax brand products,
- new arrivals,
- outlet products,
- trainings.
- The discount will be applied after entering the discount code received upon confirming the subscription email.
- The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or limit the Promotion before the specified end date mentioned in §2 above.
- During the Promotion period, the Buyer may participate multiple times after fulfilling the participation conditions each time.
- Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
- This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or loyalty discounts offered by the Organizer.
§4. Withdrawal from the distance sales contract
- The Consumer may withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- In case of withdrawal by a Consumer, the conditions specified in §3 above will not be fulfilled. The Buyer must return the promotional product purchased at the discounted price along with the other items being returned.
- In case of withdrawal, the Consumer bears only the direct cost of returning the goods.
§5. Complaints
- Any complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the Organizer in accordance with the Store Terms and Conditions, to the Organizer’s correspondence address or via email: shop@silcare.com.
- The complaint should include: Buyer’s identification and address details, order number, description of the issue, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make every effort to process the complaint within 7 days of receipt, with a maximum period of 14 days. §6. Final provisions
- All inquiries regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Organizer’s correspondence address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski or via email at shop@silcare.com.
- For matters not regulated in these Promotion Terms and the Store Terms, the applicable Polish law shall apply (including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act).
