Enter the product codes that you want to add to the cart in bulk (after a comma, with a space or from a new line). Repeating the code many times will add this item as many times as it appears.

Promotion: “10% off for subscribing to the newsletter”

§1. Promotion

  1. The “-10% for subscribing to the newsletter” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
  2. The Promotion is carried out in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Promotion Terms). For any matters not covered herein, please refer to the general Terms and Conditions available at https://nails.silcare.com/en/terms.html or contact the Organizer via email at shop@silcare.com.
  3. The Promotion is addressed to customers of the Store (hereinafter: Buyers) making purchases of products listed on the Organizer’s online store at www.nails.silcare.com.

§2. Duration

The promotional campaign starts on May 17, 2024.

§3. Promotion Rules

  1. The Promotion offers a 10% discount on all Silcare products except for the following categories and products:
    1. bulk gels,
    2. empty containers,
    3. Shemax brand products,
    4. new arrivals,
    5. outlet products,
    6. trainings.
  2. The discount will be applied after entering the discount code received upon confirming the subscription email.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or limit the Promotion before the specified end date mentioned in §2 above.
  4. During the Promotion period, the Buyer may participate multiple times after fulfilling the participation conditions each time.
  5. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
  6. This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or loyalty discounts offered by the Organizer.

§4. Withdrawal from the distance sales contract

  1. The Consumer may withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. In case of withdrawal by a Consumer, the conditions specified in §3 above will not be fulfilled. The Buyer must return the promotional product purchased at the discounted price along with the other items being returned.
  3. In case of withdrawal, the Consumer bears only the direct cost of returning the goods.

§5. Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the Organizer in accordance with the Store Terms and Conditions, to the Organizer’s correspondence address or via email: shop@silcare.com.
  2. The complaint should include: Buyer’s identification and address details, order number, description of the issue, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make every effort to process the complaint within 7 days of receipt, with a maximum period of 14 days. §6. Final provisions

  1. All inquiries regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Organizer’s correspondence address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski or via email at shop@silcare.com.
  2. For matters not regulated in these Promotion Terms and the Store Terms, the applicable Polish law shall apply (including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act).
