§1. Promocja

  1. Promocja „Black week - kosmetyki do -35%” (zwaną dalej Promocją) jest organizowana przez Silcare sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632, (zwaną dalej Organizatorem).
  2. Promocja przeprowadzana jest zgodnie z niniejszym regulaminem (dalej jako: Regulamin Promocji), przy czym do wszelkich kwestii w nim nieuregulowanych, należy zwrócić się do ogólnego regulaminu https://nails.silcare.com/pl/terms.html,  lub bezpośrednio do Organizatora za pomocą maila: sklep@silcare.com
  3. Promocja jest skierowana do klientów Sklepu (dalej jako: Kupujący), dokonujących zakupu w sklepie internetowym Organizatora oraz drogeriach.

  3. Produkty objęte przeceną lub pochodzące z outletu nie podlegają dodatkowym rabatom.
  4. Produkty objęte Promocją zostaną oznaczone specjalną grafiką w sklepie internetowym oraz drogeriach.
  5. Promocja może zostać zakończona lub ograniczona przez Organizatora - przed końcem upływu czasu, o którym mowa w §2 powyżej.
  6. W czasie trwania niniejszej Promocji, Klient może zostać jej Uczestnikiem wielokrotnie (dowolną ilość razy), po każdorazowym spełnieniu warunków uczestnictwa w Promocji, określonych w niniejszym Regulaminie.
  7. Uczestnictwo w Promocji jest dobrowolne.

§4. Odstąpienie od Umowy sprzedaży zawartej na odległość

  1. W przypadku skorzystania przez Kupującego - będącego konsumentem - z ustawowego prawa do odstąpienia od umowy sprzedaży zawartej na odległość, skutkującego tym, że warunki, o którym mowa w §3 powyżej, nie zostaną spełnione, Kupujący jest zobowiązany do zwrotu wybranego produktu promocyjnego zakupionego w promocyjnej cenie wraz z pozostałymi towarami, które zwraca w ramach odstąpienia od umowy sprzedaży.

§5. Reklamacje

  1. Ewentualne reklamacje dotyczące Promocji można zgłaszać Organizatorowi zgodnie z danymi wskazanymi w Regulaminie Sklepu, w szczególności mailowo na adres korespondencyjny Organizatora: sklep@silcare.com.
  2. Reklamacja powinna zawierać co najmniej następujące dane: dane identyfikacyjne i adresowe Kupującego, numer zamówienia, opis problemu będącego podstawą złożenia reklamacji, zdjęcia wady/uszkodzenia. Organizator dołoży starań, aby reklamacja została rozpatrzona w terminie 7 dni od dnia jej wpływu. Maksymalny termin na rozpatrzenie reklamacji to 14 dni. §6. Postanowienia końcowe

  1. Wszelkie pytania co do korzystania z Promocji należy kierować na adres korespondencyjny Organizatora: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski lub na adres e-mail: sklep@silcare.com
  2. W zakresie nieuregulowanym w Regulaminie Promocji oraz Regulaminie Sklepu zastosowanie znajdują stosowne przepisy prawa powszechnie obowiązującego w Polsce.
