Regeln des „Silcare Clubs”

§1 General provisions

  1. This Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “Regulations”) define the rules of participation in the loyalty program called “SILCARE CLUB” (hereinafter: the “Program”).
  2. The organizer of the Program is Silcare Sp. z o.o. sp. k., with its registered office at Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poland, NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).
  3. The Program is conducted within the territory of the Republic of Poland via the online store available at www.nails.silcare.com (hereinafter: the “Online Store”) and stationary points of sale (hereinafter: “POS”).
  4. The Program is valid from 15 August 2025 until revoked by the Organizer.
  5. Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.

§2 Participation in the Program

  1. A Program participant (hereinafter: the “Participant”) may be any natural person who:
    a) is at least 18 years old,
    b) has full legal capacity,
    c) has a customer account in the Online Store,
    d) has accepted these Regulations.
  2. Participation in the Program requires registration via the Online Store or at a POS.
  3. The Participant may resign from the Program at any time by sending an e-mail to: sklep@silcare.com.

§3 Rules for awarding points

  1. The Participant collects loyalty points (hereinafter: “Points”) for specific activities within the Online Store and/or POS, according to the table below:

  1. Points are credited automatically after:
    a) payment and completion of the order,
    b) confirmation of meeting the campaign conditions.
  2. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  3. Points are valid for 12 months from the date of being credited.
  4. For consumers purchasing in the Online Store, Points are credited only after the withdrawal period has expired in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, provided that no withdrawal declaration has been submitted.

§4 Redeeming points for discounts

  1. Collected Points may be redeemed for discounts available in the Online Store.
  2. The point conversion rate is specified in these Regulations.
  3. Points are redeemed by placing an appropriate order in the Online Store or at a POS.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to change point thresholds or discount values with 14 days’ prior notice.

§5 Rules for point redemption

  • 300 Points = PLN 20 discount
  • 500 Points = PLN 30 discount
  • 900 Points = PLN 50 discount
  1. Discounts may be used exclusively in the Online Store or at POS.
  2. Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. If the purchase value is lower than the discount value, the unused part is forfeited.
  4. Points are redeemed at checkout in the Online Store or POS.

§6 Validity and limitations

  1. Points expire after 12 months from the date of crediting.
  2. Discounts may be used only until the Program ends.

§7 Complaints and liability

  1. Complaints related to the Program may be submitted by e-mail to: sklep@silcare.com.
  2. The complaint should include: participant’s full name, e-mail address, description of the issue and the request.
  3. The Organizer will review the complaint within 14 business days.
  4. The Organizer is not responsible for failures of the Participant’s IT systems or force majeure events.

§8 Personal data protection

  1. The personal data administrator is Silcare Sp. z o.o. sp. k., in accordance with the privacy policy of the Online Store and POS.
  2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of implementing the Program and marketing activities (if consent is given).
  3. The Participant has the right to access, correct and request deletion of their personal data.

§9 Amendments and termination of the Program

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations for valid reasons.
  2. Participants will be informed of changes at least 14 days in advance via e-mail and announcements in the Online Store and POS.
  3. The Organizer may terminate the Program at any time with prior notice.
  4. After termination, collected Points may be used for 30 days from the announcement date.

§10 Final provisions

  1. The Regulations are available electronically on the Online Store website and at POS.
  2. Joining the Program constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.
  3. In matters not regulated herein, applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
