§1. Promotion

  1. The promotion “Black Weeks – bases and tops up to ‑30%” (hereinafter: the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o., headquartered in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66‑400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter: the Organizer).
  2. The Promotion is conducted in accordance with this regulation (hereinafter: the Regulation), and for any matters not regulated herein reference should be made to the general store terms and conditions available at https://nails.silcare.com/en/terms.html, or directly to the Organizer via email: sklep@silcare.com
  3. The Promotion is addressed to customers of the Store (hereinafter: the Buyer) making purchases in the Organizer’s online store or in its retail outlets.

§2. Duration

  1. The Promotion runs from 10.11.2024 to 16.11.2024

§3. Rules of the Promotion

  1. The Promotion consists of granting a discount of up to ‑30% on the promotional products.

  2. The aforementioned products are exclusively subject to the Promotion.
  3. Products already discounted or from the outlet are not eligible for additional discounts.
  4. Products covered by the Promotion will be marked with a special graphic in the online store and in retail outlets.
  5. The Organizer may terminate or limit the Promotion before the expiry of the period specified in §2 above.
  6. During the Promotion, a Customer may participate multiple times (any number of times), provided the participation conditions in this Regulation are met each time.
  7. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

§4. Withdrawal from a Distance Sales Agreement

  1. If the Buyer — being a consumer — exercises the statutory right of withdrawal from a distance sales agreement, which results in the conditions referred to in §3 above not being fulfilled, the Buyer is obliged to return the selected promotional product purchased at the promotional price together with the other goods returned under the withdrawal from the contract.

§5. Complaints

  1. Any complaints concerning the Promotion may be submitted to the Organizer in accordance with the Store Terms, in particular by email to: sklep@silcare.com.
  2. The complaint should include at least the following: the Buyer’s identification and address details, the order number, a description of the issue on which the complaint is based, photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will endeavour to process the complaint within 7 days of its receipt. The maximum time limit for processing a complaint is 14 days. §6. Final Provisions

  1. Any queries regarding the use of the Promotion should be directed to the Organizer’s correspondence address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66‑400 Gorzów Wielkopolski or by email: sklep@silcare.com
  2. In matters not regulated by the Regulation or the Store Terms, the relevant provisions of the universally applicable law of Poland shall apply.
