§1. Aktion

  1. Die Aktion „Black Week – Kosmetika bis zu -35 %“ (nachfolgend: die Aktion) wird von Silcare sp. z o.o., mit Sitz in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (nachfolgend: der Veranstalter), organisiert.
  2. Die Aktion wird gemäß diesem Aktionsreglement (nachfolgend: Aktionsreglement) durchgeführt. Für alle nicht geregelten Angelegenheiten gilt das allgemeine Geschäftsreglement des Shops, das unter https://nails.silcare.com/de/terms.html abrufbar ist, oder es kann direkt der Veranstalter per E-Mail kontaktiert werden: sklep@silcare.com
  3. Die Aktion richtet sich an Kunden des Shops (nachfolgend: Käufer), die Einkäufe im Online-Shop des Veranstalters oder in den stationären Drogerien tätigen.

  3. Bereits reduzierte oder aus dem Outlet stammende Produkte sind von zusätzlichen Rabatten ausgeschlossen.
  4. Produkte im Rahmen der Aktion werden im Online-Shop sowie in den Drogerien mit einer speziellen Grafik gekennzeichnet.
  5. Die Aktion kann vom Veranstalter vorzeitig beendet oder eingeschränkt werden – noch vor Ablauf des in §2 genannten Zeitraums.
  6. Während der Aktion kann der Kunde mehrfach teilnehmen – beliebig oft, sofern die Teilnahmebedingungen aus diesem Reglement jeweils erfüllt werden.
  7. Die Teilnahme an der Aktion ist freiwillig.

§4. Widerruf des Fernabsatzvertrags

  1. Macht der Käufer – als Verbraucher – von seinem gesetzlichen Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch und sind dadurch die in §3 genannten Bedingungen nicht erfüllt, ist der Käufer verpflichtet, das im Rahmen der Aktion erworbene Produkt zum Aktionspreis gemeinsam mit den übrigen Waren, die im Rahmen des Widerrufs zurückgegeben werden, zurückzugeben.

§5. Reklamationen

  1. Etwaige Reklamationen zur Aktion können beim Veranstalter gemäß den Angaben im Shop-Reglement eingereicht werden, insbesondere per E-Mail an: sklep@silcare.com
  2. Eine Reklamation sollte mindestens folgende Angaben enthalten: Identifikations- und Kontaktdaten des Käufers, Bestellnummer, Beschreibung des Problems und Fotos des Mangels/Schadens. Der Veranstalter bemüht sich, die Reklamation innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Eingang zu bearbeiten. Die maximale Bearbeitungsfrist beträgt 14 Tage. §6. Schlussbestimmungen

  2. Für nicht durch dieses Aktionsreglement oder das Shop-Reglement geregelte Angelegenheiten gelten die allgemein verbindlichen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen der Republik Polen.
