To prepare your nails for a gel manicure, first work on the cuticles and shape the nails as desired. Then gently mattify the nail plate with a buffer, remove any dust and thoroughly degrease it with a cleaner. Apply a thin layer of base coat to the prepared nail plate and cure it under a lamp. This is the key to a long-lasting and aesthetic result without lifting.

1. Moisturize your hands regularly and use cuticle oil.
2. Protect your hands from chemicals and detergents.
