§1. Promotion

  1. The "Spring Sale up to -70%" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
  2. The Promotion is conducted in accordance with these regulations (hereinafter: Promotion Regulations). For any matters not regulated herein, please refer to the general terms and conditions at https://silcare.com/en/terms.html, or contact the Organizer directly via email at: sklep@silcare.com
  3. The Promotion is addressed to the Store's customers (hereinafter: Buyers) making a purchase in the Organizer's online store and drugstores.

§2. Duration

  1. The promotion runs from 27.03.2026 to 19.04.2026

  2. Products already discounted or from the outlet section are not subject to additional discounts.
  3. Products covered by the Promotion will be marked with special graphics in the online store and drugstores.
  4. The Promotion may be terminated or limited by the Organizer before the expiry of the time mentioned in §2 above.
  5. During the term of this Promotion, a Customer may become its Participant multiple times (any number of times) upon each fulfillment of the participation conditions specified in these Regulations.
  6. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

§4. Withdrawal from the Distance Sales Agreement

  1. In the event that a Buyer – being a consumer – exercises the statutory right to withdraw from a distance sales agreement, resulting in the conditions mentioned in §3 above not being met, the Buyer is obliged to return the selected promotional product purchased at the promotional price along with the other goods returned as part of the withdrawal.

§5. Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the Organizer in accordance with the data specified in the Store Regulations, in particular by email to: sklep@silcare.com.
  2. The complaint should contain at least the following data: identification and address of the Buyer, order number, description of the problem, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make efforts to resolve the complaint within 7 days of receipt. The maximum processing time is 14 days. §6. Final Provisions

  1. Any questions regarding the use of the Promotion should be directed to the Organizer's correspondence address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, or to the email address: sklep@silcare.com
  2. In matters not regulated by the Promotion Regulations and the Store Regulations, the relevant provisions of generally applicable law in Poland shall apply.
