§1. Promotion

  1. The promotion "up to -70% on last pieces" (hereinafter referred to as the Promotional Action) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
  2. The promotion is conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions (hereinafter: Promotion Terms and Conditions). Any matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the general terms and conditions available at https://silcare.com/en/terms.html, or directly by contacting the Organizer via e-mail: sklep@silcare.com.
  3. The promotion is addressed to customers of the Store (hereinafter: Buyer) purchasing products indicated in the Organizer's online store at: www.silcare.com.

§2. Duration

Promotional action from 01.10.2026 to 31.10.2026

§3. Promotion Rules

  1. The promotion consists in granting a discount of up to -70% on products covered by the promotion.

  3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or limit the Promotion before the expiration of the time specified in §2 above.
  4. During the duration of this Promotion, the Buyer may become its Participant multiple times (any number of times), upon meeting the conditions of participation in the Promotion specified in these Terms and Conditions each time.
  5. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
  6. This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and loyalty discounts in effect at the Organizer's.

§4. Withdrawal from the Distance Sales Agreement

  1. A Consumer who has concluded a Sales Agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. If the Buyer – being a Consumer – exercises the statutory right to withdraw from a distance sales agreement, the conditions referred to in §3 above shall not be met. In such a situation, the Buyer is obliged to return the selected promotional product purchased at the promotional price along with the remaining goods returned under the withdrawal from the sales agreement.
  3. In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, the Consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the Goods.

§5. Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the Organizer in accordance with the data indicated in the Store Terms and Conditions, to the Organizer's correspondence address or by e-mail: sklep@silcare.com.
  2. The complaint should contain the following data: identification and address data of the Buyer, order number, description of the problem forming the basis of the complaint, photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make every effort to consider the complaint within 7 days from the date of its receipt. The maximum time limit for considering a complaint is 14 days. For more information regarding complaints, please refer to §7 of the Store Terms and Conditions: https://silcare.com/en/terms.html.

§6. Final Provisions

  1. Any questions regarding the use of the Promotion should be directed to the Organizer's correspondence address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski or to the e-mail address: sklep@silcare.com.
  2. In matters not regulated in the Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Store Terms and Conditions, provisions of universally applicable law in Poland shall apply (including, among others, the provisions of the Civil Code, Consumer Rights Act).
