§1. Promotion

  1. The "Big basket pays off! Buy 2 – 15% off, buy 4 – 25% off, buy 6 – 40% off!" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotional Campaign) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
  2. The promotion is conducted in accordance with these regulations (hereinafter: Promotion Regulations). For any matters not regulated herein, please refer to the general terms and conditions at https://silcare.com/en/terms.html, or contact the Organizer directly via email: sklep@silcare.com.
  3. The promotion is addressed to the Store's customers (hereinafter: Buyers) making a purchase of products specified in the Organizer's online store at: www.silcare.com.

§2. Duration

The promotional campaign runs from 24.04.2026 to 10.06.2026

§3. Promotion rules

  1. The promotion consists of granting a discount on products located in the tab: Spring deals. By purchasing products from the designated list, you gain increasing discounts: Buy 2 – 15% off, buy 4 – 25% off, buy 6 – 40% off.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or limit the Promotion before the expiry of the period referred to in §2 above.
  3. During the term of this Promotion, the Buyer may become its Participant multiple times (any number of times), upon each fulfillment of the participation conditions specified in these Regulations.
  4. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
  5. This Promotion does not combine with other promotions or loyalty discounts offered by the Organizer.

§4. Withdrawal from the distance sales agreement

  1. A consumer who has entered into a sales agreement has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. If the Buyer – being a consumer – exercises the statutory right to withdraw from a distance sales agreement, the conditions referred to in §3 above will not be met. In such a case, the Buyer is obliged to return the selected promotional product purchased at the promotional price along with the other goods returned as part of the withdrawal.
  3. In the event of withdrawal from the sales agreement, the consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods.

§5. Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted to the Organizer in accordance with the data specified in the Store Regulations, to the Organizer's correspondence address or via email: sklep@silcare.com.
  2. The complaint should contain the following data: identification and address details of the Buyer, order number, description of the problem, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will strive to process the complaint within 7 days of its receipt. The maximum processing time is 14 days. For more information regarding complaints, please refer to §7 of the Store Regulations: https://silcare.com/en/terms.html.

§6. Final provisions

  1. Any questions regarding the use of the Promotion should be directed to the Organizer's correspondence address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, or to the email address: sklep@silcare.com.
  2. In matters not regulated by the Promotion Regulations and the Store Regulations, the relevant provisions of generally applicable law in Poland shall apply (including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act).
