§1. Promotion

  1. Promotion “-20% Weekend Shopping” (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
  2. The Promotion is carried out in accordance with these terms and conditions (hereinafter: Promotion Terms and Conditions), and for any matters not covered herein, please refer to the general terms and conditions at  https://silcare.com/pl/terms.html,  or directly to the Organizer via email: sklep@silcare.com
  3. The Promotion is addressed to the Store's customers (hereinafter: the Buyer) making purchases in the Organizer's online store and drugstores.

§2. Duration

  1. The Promotion runs from 25.09.2026 to 30.09.2026.

§3. Promotion Rules

    1. The Promotion includes a -20% discount on all products available in the Silcare offer, excluding the following categories and products:
      1. kilogram gels
      2. empty packaging
      3. Shemax brand products
      4. new arrivals
      5. outlet category products
      6. training courses
      7. Exo Silent SX7 nail drill - brushless
  1. To take advantage of the Promotion, enter the discount code SHOP202026 in the cart during checkout.
  2. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, and discount codes.
  3. Discounted or outlet products are not subject to additional discounts.
  4. Products covered by the Promotion will be marked with a special graphic in the online store and drugstores.
  5. The Promotion may be terminated or limited by the Organizer - before the end of the time referred to in §2 above.
  6. During this Promotion, the Customer may become its Participant multiple times (any number of times), after each time meeting the conditions of participation in the Promotion specified in these Terms and Conditions.
  7. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

§4. Withdrawal from a distance sales agreement

  1. If the Buyer - being a consumer - exercises the statutory right to withdraw from a distance sales agreement, resulting in the conditions referred to in §3 above not being met, the Buyer is obliged to return the selected promotional product purchased at the promotional price along with other goods returned as part of the withdrawal from the sales agreement.

§5. Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted to the Organizer in accordance with the data indicated in the Store's Terms and Conditions, in particular by e-mail to the Organizer's correspondence address: sklep@silcare.com.
  2. The complaint should contain at least the following data: Buyer's identification and address data, order number, description of the problem being the basis for submitting the complaint, photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make every effort to process the complaint within 7 days of its receipt. The maximum time for processing a complaint is 14 days. §6. Final Provisions

  1. All questions regarding the use of the Promotion should be directed to the Organizer's correspondence address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski or to the e-mail address: sklep@silcare.com
  2. In matters not covered by the Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Store's Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of law generally applicable in Poland shall apply.
