Promotion “2+2 UV Gels”
§1. Promotion
- The promotion "UV Gels 2+2" (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
- The promotion is conducted in accordance with these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Regulations); for any matters not regulated herein, the general regulations available at https://silcare.com/en/terms.html apply, or you can contact the Organizer directly via email: sklep@silcare.com
- The promotion is addressed to the Store's customers (hereinafter referred to as Buyers) making a purchase in the Organizer's online store as well as in beauty supply stores.
§2. Duration
The promotion runs from 01.06.2026 to 07.06.2026

- The promotion consists of granting a 2+2 discount on UV gels (applied to the two cheapest items). Products covered by the promotion:

- The promotion includes products located in the "2+2 UV Gels" tab available in the online store, excluding 1 kg gels and new arrivals.
- Discounted products or products from the outlet section are not subject to additional discounts.
- Products covered by the Promotion will be marked with a special graphic in the online store and beauty supply stores.
- The promotion may be terminated or limited by the Organizer before the expiry of the period referred to in §2 above.
- During the term of this Promotion, the Customer may become its Participant multiple times (any number of times), provided they meet the conditions for participation in the Promotion specified in these Regulations each time.
- Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
§4. Withdrawal from a distance Sales Agreement
- In the event that the Buyer – being a consumer – exercises the statutory right to withdraw from a distance sales agreement, resulting in the conditions referred to in §3 above not being met, the Buyer is obliged to return the selected promotional product purchased at the promotional price together with the other goods returned as part of the withdrawal from the sales agreement.
§5. Complaints
- Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be reported to the Organizer in accordance with the details specified in the Store Regulations, in particular by email to the Organizer's correspondence address: sklep@silcare.com.
- The complaint should contain at least the following data: identification and address details of the Buyer, order number, a description of the problem constituting the basis for the complaint, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make every effort to ensure that the complaint is considered within 7 days from the date of its receipt. The maximum period for considering a complaint is 14 days. §6. Final Provisions

- In matters not regulated by the Promotion Regulations and the Store Regulations, the relevant provisions of generally applicable law in Poland shall apply.
